The app
Long Lasting Clock does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information from the app. It does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.
Information on your device
Clock preferences, custom colors, saved time zones, custom place names, and personal messages are stored locally using Apple’s standard device storage. Long Lasting Apps cannot access this information. Deleting the app removes its locally stored preferences unless your device restores them from an Apple-managed backup.
Time zones and location
The app does not request or use your physical location. A world clock uses the time zone you select. Any town or country name you enter is a local display label and is not transmitted to us.
Purchases
Clock Pro purchases and restorations are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Long Lasting Apps does not receive your payment details or Apple Account password. The app receives only the information Apple provides to confirm whether the purchase grants access.
Website operation
This website does not use advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or marketing cookies. Standard technical server logs may temporarily contain information such as an IP address, requested page, time, and browser type for security and reliable operation. We do not use these logs to build user profiles.
Optional email updates
If you enter your email address and tick the unchecked consent box, we process your email address, selected language, app interest, signup source, consent version and request status, together with the confirmation and subscription status recorded by Zoho Campaigns. Signup is optional and does not affect your access to Long Lasting Clock.
Purpose, consent, and double opt-in
We use this information only to send product news, practical tips, and occasional offers from Schmidt Service Partner AB under the Long Lasting Apps brand, usually no more than twice a month. The legal basis is your consent. Zoho Campaigns sends a confirmation email, and the address is not added as an active subscriber until you use its confirmation link. You can withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Email provider and international transfers
Zoho Campaigns processes mailing-list data on our behalf. Depending on the configured data centre and support operations, personal data may be processed outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use applicable safeguards for international transfers, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures. Read Zoho’s Privacy Policy.
Retention and unsubscribing
Active subscription data is kept while you remain subscribed and then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, subject to legal obligations and reasonable backup cycles. After you unsubscribe, we may keep your email address on a suppression list for as long as necessary to honour the opt-out and prevent future marketing messages. We do not use suppression-list data to send marketing.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, or your local data-protection authority.

Changes
If the app, website, or mailing list changes how it handles data, this policy will be updated before the new behaviour is introduced where required.
